Mô tả Công việc

Overall purpose and objectives of the position: Liaise with local & regional teams to manage and oversee all Tech-related matters within NJV Vietnam, including Product Management, API Integrations, and Internal Systems Management

1.Product Management:

  • Engage and challenge local stakeholders to surface problems and refine ideas. Complement that with data and research to guide product development.
  • Dive deep and diagnose operational processes, identify defects and improvement opportunities, provide future state recommendations and strategies, and validate process improvement effort.
  • Strategize and define the program road map with data and business justification to ensure that all programs and products launched for Vietnam are well positioned for the upper bound of success.
  • Work towards achieving MBOs and KPIs by deciding on the metrics to track, reviewing metrics, providing actionable insights to country teams and regional product teams, deploying it on the ground with a feedback loop, and tracking performance.
  • Providing insights and communicating product decisions to different levels of stakeholders by tailoring information at each level and providing relevant and timely information.
  • Occasionally work with software engineers to design architecturally sound solutions in an Agile fashion, communicating constantly, iterating quickly, and shipping frequently.
  • Coordinate rollouts and change management for country deployments with the necessary training and release notes. Ensuring that all teams involved are responsible for a designated action before, during, and after deployment

2.API Integration SupportI Integration Support

  • Onboarding new & existing customers/shippers on API Integration
  • Interfacing directly with customer/shipper developers, providing Level-1 support, to help identify and resolve technical issues related to API and system availability and stability.
  • Collating customer/shipper feedback, identifying pain points, and using them to drive product improvements and the design of scalable solutions.

3. Internal Systems Helpdesk

  • Employee user accounts provisioning and de-provisioning (GSuite, and other internal operational systems)
  • Providing Level-1 support to internal teams with regards to systems availability and stability.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any IT-related program

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in Software Development/Engineering
  • Prior experience working on commercial products and APIs
  • Prior experience in leadership, team, & stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated flexibility and time management skills to handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in an international start-up work environment
  • Excellent written & spoken English and Vietnamese
