Mô tả Công việc

  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify and analyse related business processes and workflows
  • Develop a clear and detailed process maps as well as written procedures
  • Participate in the problem resolution
  • Research and conduct site observations to identify the equipment, methods, and personnel needed for effective processes.
  • Oversee the execution of of such designed processes, including standardisation
  • Identify metrics/KPIs to monitor process performance and continue improve process as an ongoing basis
  • Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements.
  • Examine emerging business best practices and technological developments that can help to automate and streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficiently.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Experience in business process modelling and/or business analysis
  • Strong skill in process mapping and writing abilities to produce high quality documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and workflows
  • Logical and structured thinking, good problem solving skills with great attention to details
  • Interpersonal and communication skill with technical competency
  • Aptitude for data analysis and great business acumen
  • Knowledge of BPMN is a Must 
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a Plus
