Position: Pre-sales Network Engineer

Working place: Hanoi

Level: 02 Junior, 01 Senior

Job Descriptions:

§ Research products and solutions of global network vendors i.e Juniper, Cisco, etc.

§ Coordinate with sales team to consult suitable solutions for customers.

§ Consult technical documents for bidding process.

§ Proactively generate potential customers through meetings, seminars.

§ Coordinate and discuss with experts of vendors about technical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • The Presales Network Engineer provides an architectural perspective across products portfolio and can leverage his / her technical specialization for specific opportunities.
  • Work on tender documents (pre and post tender activities) prepare technical proposals, documents
    Proactively generate leads through customer meetings, seminars.
  • Adept at responding to RFPs, RFI'S,RFQ's creating collaterals, whitepapers
  • Hands On proposal writing & Reviewing
  • Define customer business problem in a technical context
  • Define solution options and articulate the benefits of a solution
  • Research and demonstrate solution ROI
  • Solution development, including leveraging replicable architectures and researching customized solutions
  • Develop proof of concept, including presentation and documentation of test results
  • Present technical components of ICT solutions to customer Competencies & Behaviors Business Acumen
  • Understand competitor offerings and provide input to the sales team on product positioning and differentiation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements:

§  University graduate, major in IT and Telecommunication  

§  Good knowledge of Network. Certificates such as CCNP/JNCIP is preferred.

§  Have at least 01 year working experience in Post-sales of IP/IP Security network. Priority has been involved in large network projects

For Senior level: At least 02 year Post-sales experience in IP/IP Security and 01 year Presales experience

§  Ability to understand the technical documents in English, goopd art English communication with experts of vendors is a plus).

§  Be active, willing to learn, enthusiastic and challenged.

§  Be good at communication and time management skills.

Skillsets and Qualifications 

We are looking for qualified individuals who have skillsets in at least one of the following areas :

Skillset Area 1:  ISP/Telecom Industry

 Pre-sales experience in service provider IP/Telecom

  • Strong foundational knowledge of IP/MPLS technologies (MPLS, L3/L2VPN, QoS, TE/FRR, multicast, IPv6, segment routing), Datacenter switching, X86 SDN, NFV, OpenStack, Automation is highly desirable
  • Solid knowledge of Juniper equipment and ISP solutions (IP Core, CGNAT, BNG, Metro Ethernet…)
  • Knowledge of NMS/SDN/NFV

Skillset Area 2:    Enterprise/Security Industry

  • In-depth understanding of the following technologies: Juniper/HP Enterprise Solution/Products, Data Center Architecture, IT Security, Cloud Security, Data Security
  • Knowledge of NMS/SDN/NFV
  • Certifications such as CCNP/JNCIP/CCDP/JNCDP/CISSP or higher
