Company Profile:

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a global decision-making platform in the supply chain intelligence and logistics planning. As the business is growing strongly, our client is seeking a Pre-sales/ Business Development Manager to assist their day-to-day operation in Vietnam.

Job Summary:

Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the Enterprise sales in Vietnam. He/she needs to understand thoroughly the products to consult and reach sales target through new client acquisition and maintaining the growth of existing client base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation.

• Drive sales and product awareness to the potential customers (FMCG, e-commerce, traditional Logistics, etc.)

• Build long-lasting relationship with new as well as maintain good bonding with existing clients.

• Identify new market segments.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• Effectively discuss on Pricing and Contract negotiations.

• Proactively detect and identify new prospects, problem statements and propose appropriate sales strategies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 4-8 years of experience in B2B Sales in enterprise (ERP or related), services or technology platform. 

• Strong networking with solid experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, etc. is a must.

• Technology sales background is a plus. 

• Ability to work independently with less supervision. 

• This is a home-based job. 

• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh city and is willing to travel. 

• Proficiency in English with excellent communications. 

• Customer-oriented, target-oriented and sharp business acumen. 

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
