A proactive and enthusiasm technical infrastructure professional to join the IT Team, the role will report to the IT Service and Infra Lead

· Be based in Hanoi and majorly support Hanoi users, nearby provinces

· Support user for technical issues: computer, networks, O365, digital tool, printer, and other hardware devices

· Manage inventory of hardware and software: Install and setup computers for new joiners, collect returned computers and devices from leavers

· Proactively take care of information security matters in Hanoi office in accordance with procedure, and per instruction of the IT Governance and Security

· Other tasks assigned by superiors

IT degree or equivalence

● Be able self-managed tasks and working with supervisor remotely (in HCM City)

● Integrity and honesty

● Good at Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, MS. Outlook, MS. Teams, SharePoint, and popular software

● Experience in setup and support desktop and laptop computer hardware

● Experience in service desk; have an effective method of guiding as well as supporting users

● Experience in support and setup mobile device for Enterprise is an advantage

● Good awareness of information security

● Dynamic, accountability, and well cooperation with colleagues
