<Job Responsibilities>

  • Gather and analyse whole system business workflows and features from customer’s software product requirements.
  • Define & build up system/software architecture design.
  • Define technical approach/policy/direction to resolve business domain features.
  • Create specification of system/software architectural design, coding convention, configuring development routine & environment for the project team and coaching for software engineers to develop detailed design for each feature.
  • Continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies. Development techniques, methodologies, system integration to optimize development efficiency and skill up.
  • Define, review technical solutions and leading the team to solve technical issues in one or several projects.

- Working Time: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday)

- Monthly Salary: 1,500–2,800USD

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication or related fields.
  • Age: 28 - 35 years old.
  • Gender: Male Preferred
  • Language: English conversational level (for internal communication, report to Japanese Manager when necessary, writing emails, understanding the documents in English)
  • Experience: At least 8 years working experience in software development at application layer. During which have at least 2 years working as software architect.
  • Other skills:

- Knowledge & experience in software engineering disciplines (from requirement analysis, design to coding & testing) using object oriented methodology.
- Familiar with variety of development life cycles (water-fall, incremental, iterative, etc).
- Fluent at one fundamental programming language such as: C++, Java, C#.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

  • Japanese language (N3 or higher) is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in web-based application development with Java Spring is an advantage.
  • Experience in defining software architecture of large-scale software system from scratch (average team size: ~10-15 headcounts in 1 year).
  • Experience of developing software systems for industrial domains like power system, highway, retails, etc is an advantage.
  • Experience in designing micro service architecture & system deployment onto cloud.

  •  Highly responsible, loyal & long-term commitment (At least 2 years)
  •  High quality & customer-oriented mindset.
  •  Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail.
  •  Hard-working & persevering in studying domain specific system with Japanese documents.
