Job Description

  • Provide application support
  • Provide functional analysis of business requirements and take part in improvement process and project assignments
  • Perform application testing, system setup, user training and application upgrade
  • Communicate with business users and Headquarter IT team on project support and issues resolution

Job Requirement

  • Degree holder in computer science or information technology or related discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Competent in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Programming experience with Excel VBA, SQL, JAVA
  • Working with an EDI application is an additional advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of software development process, especially requirement analysis
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Business Analyst and less experience will be considered as System Support ​

  • Có 1 đến 3 năm kinh nghiệm.
  • Thành thạo MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Kinh nghiệm lập trình với Excel VBA, SQL, JAVA
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên nắm vững EDI.
  • Tiếng Anh thành thạo nói & viết.
  • Kiến thức về quy trình phát triển phần mềm, đặc biệt là phân tích yêu cầu
  • Ứng viên có nhiều kinh nghiệm hơn sẽ được coi là Chuyên viên và ít kinh nghiệm hơn sẽ được coi là Nhân viên hỗ trợ hệ thống.
