IT Engineer (Data Security & IT Infrastructure)

1. ISP - Information Security and Privacy Management for HcP Departments (as AIM - Authorization & Identity Management and LAC - Local Authorization Coordinator) for HcP IT systems

• Manage users permissions on HcP IT systems including provide/ modify/ troubleshoot/ audit user permission following data/ authorization concepts.
• Ensure ISP (Information Security and Privacy) compliance for HcP Departments. Maintain quality HcP ISP documentations & processes, perform quality ISP self-check and Audit for HcP Departments.
• Coordinate ISP projects for HcP. Ensure ISP awareness for HcP users via training/ communication

2. Local ITM (IT for Manufacturing)/ ITL (IT for Laboratory)/ Infra Engineer covering ITM, ITL, IT infrastructure for HcP Departments.

• Ensure 24x7 KTBR (Keep the Business Running) & operation excellence for HcP's IT Infrastructure including servers, workstations, DB, networking and IT small equipment, etc.
• Perform quality coordination, service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, change management for IT infra topics at plant.
• Responsible for IT infra capacity planning, project management, IT asset & stock management, info security, operation compliance, DRP/ BCP, and continuous improvement for responsible services

EDUCATION BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree. Major in IT
• Relevant professional certificates from Microsoft/ Cisco/ Oracle are good plus
• 3 to 5-year-experience in related scope of works: IT Security Management, Windows server administration, physical & virtual machines, Window client OS. Oracle/ SQL DB administration is a strong plus
