Job Description


Identify the needs/requirements for business change across Supply Chain and Enabling functions through IT/digital innovation solution to prepare for Coca-Cola Vietnam Digital Roadmap. Implement successfully assigned Digital Transformation projects to Supply Chain and Enabling functions in order to meet Innovation Strategy of the company. Act as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques to influence Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Procurment, Legal team to implement business process changes and business transformation initiatives successfully


1. Digital Business Transformation Planning for Supply Chain and Enbling functions (Finance, HR, Procurement …)

- Ensure Digital Transformation Plan in place for each function that aligns with Function Digital Strategy

- Define roadmap, milestone and align with Function Digital plan deployment priorities

- Mobilise resource to support the implementation plan

2.Digital Operational Execution

- Ensure SAP Operations support for MM, SD, PP, FICO modules through support vendors and core users in business

- Execute smooth execution of transformation projects and Change requests in Finance, HR, Procurement, and SC

- Manage team with 1 direct and 6-7 indirect SAP champions to partner with business to solve issues and requests proactively

- Manage multi-Digital Commercial/Sales related projects and initiatives across countries and functions, collaborate with group office IT team and ensure quality.

- Communicate across key stakeholders and monitor execution progress to ensure delivery against business transformation objectives

- Collaborate, influence and partner with Function to make sure transformation agenda executed to create the value

3. Innovation & Best Practice Sharing & Reporting

- Test & Learn the new Digital Business Transfomation Initiatives or Global/Region Best Practices

- Evaluate and Scale up fast to mass scale deployment for creating value to business transformation

- Participate and drive for forums for collaborations across Indochina and Functions to leverage best practices sharing

4. Business Process Improvement

- Handle audit documentation and SAP GRC access and security process as per security standards

- Perform root cause analysis, identify and define areas for improvement of business processes across all functions

- Grasp the business needs and issues, continuously evaluate the current process to identify the gap

- Propose and drive solution to minimize complexities, optimise and improve business needed for creating value

5. Change Management

- Identify key stakeholders across function and form up change management plan

- Define business case for change and act as a change agent to influence Function Leadership to implement change agenda

- Collaborate, partner, and communicate change plan implementation to all related functions/teams

6. System Integration Management

- Oversee and monitor services used in application integrations

- Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices

- Work with vendors teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations

- Support vendors on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions

- Provide assistant to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors

Job Requirement

- 5 year + experience in working with HR, Supply Chain operations for  leading and facilitating countinuous improvement intiatives.

- Excellent written and spoken communication, fast learner, self starter and curious. 

- Bachelor of  IT System; Got knowledge of Digitalization Solution is a plus

- Warehouse, logistics digitalization integrated Planning and digital Manufacturing aligned to Industry 4.0 Roadmap.

-  HR related systems (HRMS, Payroll, T&A) strong knowledge; Enabling processes understanding, successfactor implementation expereince preferred.

- Business skills is the must; Understanding technology and IT; Customer Service mindset; Operations discipline; 

- Digital Transformation; e-Commerce; Digital Supply Chain; SAP; 

- Cross-function Business Process & Concepts Understanding; Project Management; Problem Solving; 

- Data Analytical and Exploitation; Change Management; Organizational Development
